When the 'Convert to Job' button is clicked it converts that particular quote to a Job and opens the job input screen.

If there is a delivery address then it will be loaded from the Client record, if not. Click on the 'Create Delivery Address' button and the address will be created from the Clients address, or you can type a delivery address. Here you have the option of changing the quantity if you wish. The Job can also be duplicated or turned into a template.

The 'Printing' screen is almost identical that in the Quote with the exception you can type in the PMS colours to be used in the job.

If you do not wish to charge for plates select the checkbox 'No Plates'. If you are printing the print run with more than one plate change type the number of plates in the run in the 'Plates per Co lour' field. This facilitates the printing of changes of address etc in a print run.

The Guillotining screen has an option to type in any details regarding subcontracting for this particular print item.

The two finishing screens of the job are identical to those in the quote input screens.

The Costings screen gives you the opportunity to print and invoice or invoice details, depending on the choice made in the 'Preferences' under the File menu.

On the above screen you can print the consignment note and print the Job Sheets required for the job.

You have a number of options as with all the output screens in PrintQuote Pro. Duplicate Job, Delete, Search, Sort, Use, Omit, All, Templates, Create New Job,Edit Job. In addition you have the option of converting and existing Job into a quote, with the 'Convert to Quote' button. The job will be converted to a quote and the job output screen will be closed and the Quote input screen will be opened with the converted Job as the current quote.
