	PrintQuote Pro can include multiple items in a single quote. This is ideal for items such as books pads or other specialty items. All items are costed out in up to four varying quantities. Guillotining is calculated with complete description of the cuts. You can have two cuts out of a sheet. Cuts can be forced with the grain or to best fit. It is optional for you to include stock prices and guillotining costs in a particular job. Jobs printed with different stock and other specifications can be included on the same quote.
Finishing...
	Typical finishing techniques are included in PrintQuote Pro with the facility to add new processes if required. You can have a variety of costings for a particular piece of equipment. Items can be costed on a per sheet rate and a per book rate or a combination of both. A job with a number of printed items can be finished in a single process or multiple processes depending on the job. All this can be accommodated in a single screen with multiple tabs.
Marketing...
	PrintQuote Pro has a build-in fully functional word processor developed by 4th Dimension. This will enable you to print mail merge letters on your own letterheads to notify your clients of special offers or any other information. Often clients will ask for a quote and then find another supplier for one reason or another. using the mail merge feature of PrintQuote Pro you will be able to send them offers to draw them into your client base rather than just give up on them. Remember the more successfully you put yourself in the mind of potential clients the more likely you are to acquire there support. When PrintQuote Pro was installed so was the comprehensive manual for the word processor in PDF format. The word processor is activated by clicking on the 'Letters' button on the output layout of the client file.
